Meet Rex Kessler, Owner and Creator of Kessler Woodworking.

His products grace homes, businesses, and even churches from Lansing to Ludington. Popular products he creates include functional, body artistic cutting boards in contrasting hues of different woods. Although an accident in 2000 initially left him paralyzed, the Montague man was still able to fulfill the career of his dreams, which is owning and operating a custom woodworking shop. “I just love what I do!” Rex admits. He believes his journey to a satisfying woodworking career has inspired him to pass along hope to other people with handicaps. “You can’t give up, even when you are at your lowest point. There are things you can do, even if it’s not what you originally has planned. There’s a purpose for us all.”
